It was an absolute pleasure working with James to option out and order a brand new M3 Comp X drive. While I ended up buying elsewhere (I found my dream car in the exact specs I wanted), James was extremely pleasant to work with and made the order process very simple when getting a G80 M3 from the factory was not as simple. He made sure I was aware of all of the costs involved & took great care in making sure things went smoothly. This is my local dealer, and there have been other things I have needed helped with since buying my M3 that James was quick to assist with & when I am ready to purchase my next new vehicle he will be my salesman on it. He was outstanding and I found that the whole service department was great including Lisa at the cashier counter. I brought my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a transmission problem. I purchased the car with an extended warranty. Charlene was my first contact, she got the car in and I had a brand new loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. Long story short, the transmission was rebuilt but still had a problem. The transmission was eventually replaced. The point of this review is that, even though I had to bring the car back a few times, they worked with me on resolving the issue with a great attitude and determination even though I did not buy my car from them. I own two Pontiac's and have had them both serviced by this dealer. they do great work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service. One last thing, Robin the cashier always with a smile on her face and was always very helpful with getting the loaner car set up. A++++ on service and friendliness.

I Have been coming there alittle over 6 years now They have a awesome Shop team The shop is great they take the time to listen to you and even if you dont have a appointment and you have something going on with your vehicle They have taken the time to take a ride with me to listen to see if they could fiquire it out I have done this 2 times now and both times they knew exactly what is was They have been excellent They are very pleasant and kind I will be going there for many more years

Nate the service writer & Andy the mechanic were both professional, personable & caring. They got me right in, made the necessary repairs & had me back on the road within 1/2 hour.
