Do not trust this place! I was told 24-48 hours for vehicle inspection and they held my car for over 5 days! Its on recording of them guaranteeing by a certain date. Tried to contact multiple times and got no response. This place is very unprofessional.

I stopped and brought my car in because I was passing by friendly Ford. They greeted me right away. Everybody was very pleasant and said hello. That passed by. I thought I would have them look over my car because I had taken it to Firestone and they were not sure how to fix my car. Friendly Ford had done a free alignment check as soon as I got in and could address the problem and gave me some direction in which I could go to fix my situation.
