To be transparent, I hesitated visiting Ed Martin Acura due to some negative reviews I had seen online. However, after not having the best experience at another dealership, I decided to give them an opportunity ā and Iām very glad I did.
The difference was clear immediately: they genuinely care, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Kelly at the front desk set the tone by managing customer relations flawlessly, providing a warm welcome, and helping guide customers through the process.
Sam truly listens, is extremely professional, and delivers tier-one customer service. Just as impressive is management ā Jake is a genuine, good guy who clearly leads by example and prioritizes excellent customer service.
Lastly, Adam in finance was outstanding. He not only provided great service but also took the time to help navigate the financial side and explain the best options available.
Overall, this was a refreshingly positive dealership experience, and I would absolutely recommend Ed Martin Acura.
