The service team is wonderful. Chris has always been very communicative and very patient with me. Even when I have tons of questions, he never comes across as being annoyed about it. The tech Tyler, was also very communicative when I was picking up my vehicle. Once I managed to find the OBDII sensor, Tyler hooked up the code reader and thoroughly explained the few codes to me that popped up. Everyone including me, thought the sensor was previously removed from my vehicle as they could not find it in the control panel. Ask them for the details of how the sensor was found if you’re curious. Lol. I’ll just say at one point as I was on the ground digging through my control panel looking, four of them were standing behind me watching. It was comical to say the least. They also noticed my washer fluid being low, and filled that for me. I will continue driving 45 minutes to the dealership if that means, I get great service every time.
