I brought my 2011 Cruze in for brake noise, not only did they help me and get my brakes replace they also were able to make me aware of the other issues I had to help me keep my car running and safe for my children and I. call them on Thursday said I needed a fog light replaced; they told me to bring it in Saturday morning whenever we got there and they would take care of it I was very pleased with your service did not wait long , they explained everything to us and they asked if they could take our van for a wash I said yes so they took our van over and got it washed. After receiving two recall notices for my 2015 Kia Sportage, I scheduled a service appointment at Napleton KIA of Carmel. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both the staff and the service team (Ryan was my point of contact). They provided an anticipated time of completion, and were finished before that time, which was a wonderful surprise. And the icing on the cake... they washed my vehicle, which was very much appreciated! I would give more than five stars if possible. Highly recommend!

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I am originally from NWI and currently live about an hour away. I purchased my dream car this year from Paul Heuring Ford. Everyone that I have had an interaction with there as far as employees have been friendly and helpful. When I need an oil change, there are some Ford dealerships closer to me, but I drive a little extra to take it here. I trust that my car is in good hands. This dealership is truly a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend Paul Heuring Ford.
