Like the service department, the sales department is friendly, but provides VERY poor service.

I have an issue with an imbalance in the drivetrain, and they were stumped after 4 service appointments where they were STILL trying to rule out tires. Their customer service approach hinges on smiles and fake friendliness, but the service is just not there.
