I had my first service appointment and told them I didn't need a loaner, that my office is only 5 mins from their lot and that if someone could give me a ride to work, I could catcha ride back at the end of the day. I wound up waiting almost an hour for their shuttle bus to take me 5 minutes away. When I picked my car up, it had not been vaccumed out, the windows hadn't been cleaned.........I paid $100+ for an oil change and they can't vacuum the car out?!?! I can go to Jiffy Lube and pay $29.99 and get the car cleaned out as part of the package. I asked the guy who brought my car around why it hadn't been cleaned. He went inside to ask and then told me if I would wait, they'd clean it. I asked him how long I'd have to wait, he said they were busy and it would probably be 1/2 an hour.

Not really the type of service I'd expect from a luxury car dealer.
