I would not buy another vehicle from Mcgrath again. I bought a new car about 3 weeks ago and drove it down South over Christmas and discovered that my air conditioner wasn’t working.
I called mcgrath when I got back and I brought it in so they could fix it. The service guy was extremely nice and he told me he couldn’t fix it now because the air compressor wouldn’t kick in because it’s too cold. Then he said he was going to contact the sales department and inform them of the issue and they would look at it when it’s warm enough under the 90 day warranty. Well MELISSA VONG informed us that if they can’t fix it now then I would have to use my extended warranty because it would be after my in-house warranty. isn’t that robbing another company by forcing them to pay for it even though we are all aware of the problem caused by the dealer?
That was a big fu— you to someone that spend $25,000 3,weeks ago at your business with the promise that everything works but it actually doesn’t. I’ve learned a lesson with Mcgrath.
