Had my Ford Edge serviced today the windows and locks - Migoerdt

Had my Ford Edge serviced today the windows and locks were inoperable. It was determined a wire was broken. Getting a replacement part was on back order. Luke The Service advisor said they might be able to splice the wire to get the windows working again. We have not been giving this option by other repair shops. The tech was able to repair the wire and we are able to use the windows after waiting over six months for a part. Thank you for looking for options to help your customers.I was told a dealer would be costly that was not the case the dealer was actually cheaper

I just took my 2017 Fusion in for the first oil change. I got "The Works" which was both affordable, fast and all inclusive. I was given a loaner car so that I could run my errands while they serviced my car. We live in Galena and were having AC problems in our Durango. We took it to 2 places over 4 times where they stated that we were low on freon but they couldn't find a leak. One of our friends recommended taking it to Tauke Motors for service. They made sure we had a nice loaner vehicle and diagnosed/fixed the AC the next day. They have earned my business for any service in the future. Shout out to Jacey, Shane, and Matt for being kind and keeping us in the loop. Thanks for waiting a few minutes after close for us to pick it up!
