The dealership would like to apologize for making you feel uncomfortable and not getting the service we typically pride ourselves on giving. As part of the BMW family our customer service needs to be better than most, if not the best. Currently we are rated the #1 BMW dealership in our service department in the country. I assure you customer service is a priority. Kris is a good employee and has numerous repeat clients...... yesterday was not his best day. As you live outside our community you may never need to stop by our dealership again, but if you are in the area we welcome you to visit and hopefully your experience will be much different.
