This was by far, the absolute best, and easiest experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! We called and told Bryan what we were looking for. Wishing 15 min, we had options, a video, and an application. There was no need for us to go in and go through the hassle knowing what we were looking for. An hour later, we were at the dealership doing a test drive, and an hour later we were out the door. Everyone was so welcoming, no pressure, no sales pitch, no “cloak and dagger” and wasting a day. It was phenomenal! Although our first Subaru, we will definitely be back!

I am from Wichita. I purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek demo with 6600 miles in March 2024. I Worked with Bobby Brubaker at Money Subaru. We started on the internet and upon visiting the dealership a few days later reached a quick agreement on the trade difference for our vehicles. The dealership started from a realistic price and I am informed and aware of my trade value. They gave me the deal that I expected and was fair. Dealers often seem to think that women are going to be easy prey but Bobby was respectful. The Subaru dealership in Wichita, and most Wichita dealerships, have a $750 transaction fee. By contrast, Money Subaru only charges $215 transaction fee… I appreciate that. I would definitely work with Money Subaru and Bobby Brubaker again.

I haven't yet taken delivery of my new Subaru from McCarthy, so some might say this review is premature. However, I have come to terms as far as numbers (over the phone nonetheless) for a new Subaru Outback from McCarthy Subaru of Lawrence. Jerry Jordan went out of his way to make this a good experience for my wife and me. I feel the need to add that this review is being made by a person who sold new cars for more than seven years. He was upfront, personable, and more importantly, didn't play games or make me jump through hoops for a good deal. In this tight buying market, that's a refreshing break from the other dealerships that I reached out to. I would highly recommend McCarthy Subaru of Lawrence, and more specifically, Jerry Jordan! You'll be glad you did! I know that I am happy that I was fortunate enough to have him as our salesperson!
