Had my car towed in prior to appt because it chewed up the belt & even appt day they didnt look at it.Next day with pressure I got anwers but not until late in the day. The belt tensioner went bad again(fixed by Jake Sweeney Oh) after only 3 months. They wanted to know how I was going to get it to the other Jake for warranty. In the end after talking to both companies Jake Sweeney Ohio had ut towed to them at their expense not mine. Where it was fixed the next business day..The part was bad when it was put on but no one could tell. I now know that I will not deal with KIA anymore. Jake Sweeney Oh is a far drive but they at least look at my car within a day of it getting towed in. Then try to fix it that day or the mext depending om the issue. KIA had it 3 days and said maybe they would look at it the day before my appt but didnt..Im not happy that they wanted me to pay the tow to Ohio. Not going back. Ill drive the fourty minutes to Oh.

I was there yesterday. My car problems started 2 weeks ago and I had a lot of troubles. Finaly, I discouvered this great service and they helped me. You are great. Thanks a lot. Now, I can drive my car with pleasure, because I know that if there is a problem - you are here to help. I will highly recommend you to everyone I know!!!
