WATCH OUT. - 2021 Toyota Corolla

WATCH OUT. I just had an oil change and a tire rotation. I have been suspicious on the tire rotation for a while, so I took a picture of one tire and marked it. They did not rotate my tires. I went back and complained and showed them the pictures and got a refund. I bought the car there and was using them for service. I will never go back to this dealership again for service or to buy a car. Why the 5 Star rating. If you don't do that the review won't be posted.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early after 90 minutes I checked on my car. The technicians leave the shop and congregate in another building and periodically check on your car. They spilled oil in my engine compartment and left all the garbage in the car for me to clean myself. This shop is not run professionally! I take it to the dealer so I can have my car thoroughly inspected expect someone to either go over the results or at least give me some printed information. None of that was done during my visit. Nothing was done after I raised the concern, in fact I felt like that is why they left all the garbage in my car.

I have never had wait very long for service, they inform me ahead of time of the the approximate cost if not covered under warrenty, and they KNOW about my MAZDA. Worth the trip. Bob Y. Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.

I recently broke down in Berea Kentucky while on a trip home to South Carolina from Illinois. I had my Toyota sienna towed to Toyota south in Richmond the morning after it broke down. I explained the situation to the service manager and assistant service manager. I ended up having to stay in a motel for three days. However, I commend Lily, Joe, Jim and the tech that worked on my van. My wife and I were extremely stressed out being stranded 300 miles from home. Everyone I dealt with throughout the ordeal was understanding of our situation. They really did jump through hoops to get us back on the road. Thanks to the service department, we made it home safe.
