I had to bring my husband’s car for service, and it was the worst experience! The lack of communication and the time waited was ridiculous! We have had more problems with this electric KIA that I think our next electric car will be with a better car manufacturer. I was told it would be 2 hours and upwards of $400 to replace coolant in the vehicle, and was later told it was the HVAC which would be a minimum of $800. After no updates after the 2-hour timeframe, I decided to ask, and was rudely told it was an entirely different problem! When I asked how long THAT would take, I was told at least another 45 minutes! The car is less than 2 years old! I don’t recommend a KIA, and I don’t recommend the Jake Sweeney KIA auto group!
