The dealership personnel were professional and friendly. The car was equipped with the incorrect charger, but the manager ordered the correct one and had it delivered to my house with no additional cost to me. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one.

I found a truck at this dealership by looking on cars.com...Made the complete deal right over the phone since I live 2 hours away...When I drove up to Shreveport to pick up the truck, they had it clean and waiting for me with 3/4 tank of gas so I could get home...Total transaction took about 45 minutes and I was on my way...This was the easiest purchase I have ever made...Kyle, Chris and Kevin were extremely nice and friendly to me...What a great way to do business...Highly recommend this dealership to the public...Keep up the good work of customer satisfaction guys !!!
