The overall experience was great. The staff were super courteous & the entire car buying process went a lot quicker than going to a dealership. I would've given 5 stars but the shipping on the vehicle i chose took 19 days, when originally it was stated that it would only take 7-10 days. The shipping fee is originally paid was refunded because it took longer than anticipated, so I was happy about that.

I found a truck at this dealership by looking on cars.com...Made the complete deal right over the phone since I live 2 hours away...When I drove up to Shreveport to pick up the truck, they had it clean and waiting for me with 3/4 tank of gas so I could get home...Total transaction took about 45 minutes and I was on my way...This was the easiest purchase I have ever made...Kyle, Chris and Kevin were extremely nice and friendly to me...What a great way to do business...Highly recommend this dealership to the public...Keep up the good work of customer satisfaction guys !!!
