Above and Beyond Customer Experience! If you’re shopping for a truck, go see the team at Bill Hood Ford in Hammond! I had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish working with Canaan, the sales manager, and Chloe, my sales associate. The exact truck I was looking for wasn't initially available on the lot, but Canaan went above and beyond to hunt down the precise build I wanted. He kept me updated every step of the way—his communication was so proactive that I literally never had to reach out to ask for an update. He made sure I didn't have to wait long at all. When it came time for delivery, Chloe took over and handled everything with complete professionalism. She was super organized, explained all the details, and made the final transaction completely seamless. Huge thanks to Canaan and Chloe for making what can usually be a stressful process completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Service department is very friendly and knowledgeable. Made an appointment with Courtesy for my 2021 Corsair and they took care of the issue very quickly and in a polite and professional manner. Chris Stakes was the service advisor for this visit and he was great. Thanks Chris! Always had great service at Courtesy Lincoln. When it comes time to buy a new Lincoln, I will definitely be coming back to Courtesy. I highly recommend the Sales and Service Departments there to everyone.

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!!

They promised me a deal all they saw was dollar signs. They said the service the car like change oil and filters. The oil looked like it was time to be changed and the air filter was brown. New one would not have had so much brown to it. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle with them I will recommend to anybody that they do not go there either.
