I did all the leg work to procure this unit. - teddyinneworleans
I did all the leg work to procure this unit. The Dealership shipped the unit without a paper title which caused a delay. Upon receiving the unit, the dealership did an inspection, apparently, and stated unit passed. Upon my inspection, I noticed a safety issue, worn brakes, and addressed it with the service manager. I was informed the unit met the minimum of 4mm brake pad thickness. I was also informed that there is a 90 day warranty and if I experienced brake failure, I can bring the unit back for service. Although I purchased the vehicle in this condition, my experience is unacceptable. My salesperson remained committed to selling the unit. I received the u it after purchase not detailed as promised on pick up. A manager explained the inefficiency of the detailing system in place, and offered a refund up to 200 dollars upon receipt of the invoice for completed work. Again, the dealership no resolutions, just promises. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone less knowledgeable about cars, and that includes everyone I know. This is my 54th purchase of a vehicle, I am an ASE Certified technician, and I currently build cars. This dealership is substandard for the regular public, safety wise, but certainly not challenging for the experienced.
