I drove my 2011 Saab for 3 hours to there dealership to have a second fob programmed . It ended up having to take longer than expected because of unexpected complications. They did not want me to have to drive home and back again. They provided me with a loaner to get home. The next day they provided a driver to bring my Saab to me, fob programmed, and picked up the loaner car. I quite honestly, was shocked and very great full.

We had the best car salesman ever, Tommy Grinnan. So personable, patient and knowledgeable. Never pushy. Even after our purchase was complete and his workday was probably done, he sat in the backseat of the used electric Volvo we had purchased and explained all of its key features so we could try them ourselves before we left the dealership. A gentleman and a scholar!
