I was suggest having someone at the check in desk to greet people at all times, but otherwise the service has improved exponentially within the past few months. I did not wait long after signing in for service, my paperwork was processed quickly and my car was ready within two hours. I did receive a phone call to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. However, when I got there for some reason the young lady at the cashier window said she needed my paper before directing me to the check in area. That didn't seem right so I signed in to make sure I wasn't overlooked. One of the service techs directed me back to the cashier and then I let him know what I was told. My paperwork was available the entire time and this seems to be a common occurrence. I reviewed and signed my paperwork as usual. Then when I left the young lady ran after me because I was given the wrong paperwork. I did not catch her name but if this is normal for her I thought it was worth mentioning so it can be addressed. Otherwise, I had a GREAT experience.

Mohsin shirazi . He explained me everything there was no pressure from him at all. I have enjoyed doing business here I bought from them . Pricing on the car andbuying process is easy. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service. Mr. Shirazi really knows car well, you won’t find a better car dealer then them .

Make sure to get written quotes. Kenny gave me a verbal quote of 2300 dollars for a repair, 1900 dollar part, 400 labor. Went to pick it up, lo and behold, an extra 600 bucks in labor magically tacked on. "Well that's what I wrote down here." Cool, man, I can write down whatever while I talk on the phone too. Total clown show. Absolutely my fault for not getting a written quote, but total dishonesty. Insist on one by e-mail, because i dropped it off for diagnosis, and got the quote by phone almost a week later. Couple this with being told to bring the car in on a friday, and then when we get there "i cant even diagnose this for a week, why would you bring it in." Well, because you told us we could bring it in that day only 45 minutes earlier. When I called just today for an update on the repair with promise it would be done this afternoon, my call was mysteriously dropped after being transferred by the kind receptionist not once, but twice. Would not recommend getting anything service here without getting it in writing. Straight thievery and terrible service. I can't speak to their sales department, and their receptionist was lovely. Their service department is a disheveled bag of hammered booty hole. A festering, putrid blister on the hiney of the otherwise noble profession of automobile repair. I would not reccomend this place in regards to their service department. In 20 years of car ownership, I have never experienced anything like this.

We scheduled an appt ahead of time and everything was ready when we showed up and took a minimal amount of time to check in and get a rental car. Car was ready when promised.

I was VERY impressed with the overall experience while getting an oil change on my new Toyota Tacoma. I purchased it in Hagerstown but was unable to make it up there for my first Oil change. I explained ths situation to Ashley when I called and made my appointment and she sugggested that I go on line and get the discount coupon. When I showed up for my appointment with my coupon, not only did she tell me that I qualified for a FREE oil change, but also informed me of all other services which were included such as Tire Rotation and Tire recall inspection - which I was unaware of. I had called another Toyota dealership in Frederick on Buckeystown Pike and spoke to Adrian in the Service Department (prior to calling Darcars) and was told the Oil change would be $40 - $60 depending on the oil used. I explained to Adrian that the price did not seem accurate and that I had had been given a much better price at another dealership but he offered no more information. I already had one bad experience at this dealership regarding a tire problem and should have known better to consider them anyway. They appear to have a more state of the art Service Department but this is a case where looks are deceiving... I WILL NOT be calling this dealership FOR ANY services in the future. I will certainly reccommend Darcars in the future (and already have). I would also like to say that, being very serious about MY job, it was nice to come across someone like Ahsley who was ALSO very serious about her job. We are few and far between.

About two years ago, I got quite a abysmal experience with Darcars Volvo Rockville's sale department. So, when I had to get some service done on my car, I was very hesitant in going in to Darcars Volvo service center. But I am glad to say that what the sales department lacks, the service department makes up for. In the last 20 months, I have been to the Darcar Volvo's service department 4 times. 3 times, I dealt with Jimmy Wong, and once I worked with Christian Davis. Both of these gentlemen were superb to work with. My last visit was a couple of weeks ago when I went in for my 2 years/20k miles service. While Christian was signing me in, he asked me if there is any issue(s) that I want them to look at as well. I told Christian about this one issue that I noticed in my car in the last few months where the steering would vibrate a little on highway speeds. I was expecting him to say "oh that is new and we never heard of it" but instead, he told me that he will certainly look in to it and will try his best to resolve it. I was ready to give him a full shabang of all of the posts and forums I read about this issue and that it is a known issue for my particular vehicle, because I thought they would not look in to it. But, to my surprise, Christian was aware of the issue and was more than willing to help me with it. All in all, I am quite happy to work with the Darcars Volvo's service department. It feels like they genuinely care about their customers, and every time I visited them, I did not feel like they were trying to rush things over. Both Jimmy and Christian, and also the South-Asian gentleman in the vehicle drop off bay (sorry I did not catch his name) are super courteous and a pleasure to talk to. I was giving a written proposal of $99.99 for a wheel alignment on a 2014 F150 truck. The bill came back at $111.60 and when i asked the service manager why it was higher than the proposed amount he said it was for "shop supplies". When i asked him what supplies were added he could not tell me but said that everyone is charged for shop supplies (this was for wheel alignment and no disposal for oil or other items were required!) I told him that this was a rip off and i would not come back to that dealership. He said did i want to talk to the owner and i told him no and reiterated that i would never come back there because it is a price gauging establishment! Do not go there!
