So,like most,my good lady hates having to take her car for service,I often try and do that for her,but could not on this occasion,As I am all about customer care(been force fed this in the industry I choose to work),I expect 3 things, Professionalism,Quality Service.Fair pricing.Heritage Jeep,Owings Mills,hit all 3 markers.My wife advised me that her Service Advisor was phenomenal,her name is Lejuan Robinson,who was,according to my good lady,was upbeat,friendly, professional and kept my wife informed at all times,the customer lounge has been dramatically updated making a very nice,relaxing wait area.The Techs actually working on vehicles were rapid in their turnaround on customer vehicles,yet all work completed on my wife’s car was faultless.Big Kudos to Heritage Jeep for maintains a high standard for a long time,as noted in previous reviews when I wanted ALL fluids changed on my Jeep.Well done Heritage,well done Lejuan for your representation of your company.

I arrived at 7:30am and my Jeep was brought to have caliper replaced under warranty.At 8:15am my Jeep was completed! Very satisfied with the service and care of my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I bought a used 2019 Tiguan (not from King VW) that was still under warranty. Beginning in May, the A/C started to blow warm air. We took it first to Ourisman VW. They serviced it with no improvement and provided only average customer service. Being dissatisfied, we tried King VW and we feel lucky to have found them. If I were to create an ideal service department, I would use King VW as the model. The shop is the biggest, cleanest shop that I have ever seen. And they provide AMAZING customer service. Kevin Fluke was my service advisor and he is professional, helpful, and patient. The car's A/C problem was not routine. It required 3 separate appointments to repair it. When I arrived for the 3rd appointment, they put me into a loaner car and told me that they would not return my car to me until they were convinced it was repaired. It took 3 weeks and a visit from a special technician from VW headquarters to repair it. Along every step of the way, Kevin explained the process with great detail. The week we got the car back, the temps were in the high 90s and the A/C was pumping out such cold air. I would buy another VW simply to have access to this ideal service department.
