I've had my 2014 Mini regularly serviced there for the past couple of years, although I had not purchased it there. Their service last week though was amazing! Mini had died in my driveway with an obvious fuel leak, would not run, and reeked of gasoline. I had it towed there after-hours on a Friday night anticipating an expensive repair. Raul called me the next morning, told me they were working on the problem. He called me a couple of hours later and explained that a fuel line had become disconnected from the high pressure fuel pump. They'd reconnected the line, cleaned the gasoline spill from the engine compartment, road tested it, even washed the car, and refused to take any payment saying it was too minor. Wow! Talk about integrity in the auto repair business! This dealership is the best.

I purchased my Honda in 2017 and could not be happier with the excellent service that has been provided by this dearlership and my agent Alhagi Samateh. Al is the ultimate professional and has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure repairs on my vehicle are completed correctly whether it be routine or something difficult. I recently had a squirrel chew the wire to my electrical system. Al was understanding and explained that this was not uncommon and it would be repaired and covered by insurance. I would highly recommend using this dealership to buy and/or have repairs done at this dealership and highly recommend Al who is wonderful to work with! I

Emil Mason at Mazda provided me with excellent, knowledgeable and professional customer service. Recently, I made an appointment for a basic oil change, to include, diagnostics/full circle service. What was found was that both inner drive Constant Velocity (CV) axle boots needed to be replaced. Thankfully, this was detected because there was no clear warning that there was even any defect. Emil thoughtfully updated me throughout the entire process and he also arranged for the courtesy shuttle to pick me up in order to complete the process. When I drove off the lot I immediately felt the difference in handling. I am glad to be part of The Ourisman Mazda Team! Thanks All!! Barry F. Warken

I have a 2013 Lincoln MKZ and I always take it to FSK, now Ourisman for servicing. The manager, Mr. Mowar( sorry spelling) is a very delightful professional, knowledgeable, people oriented person, He models the behavior which he expects from his staff and they all seem to do a good job. The person whom I deal with most of the time is Ray. He is thorough, patient, knowlegeable and pleasant as well. He is no nonsense and gives great advice. Unlike some service departments which attempt to take advantage of those without that expertise, he explains the entire circumstances and processes. I live in another town but the drive is worth the treatment and care received.

Since I purchased my CX3, all of my service appointments have been easy to schedule. Once I just stopped by with a concern and they had a technician look at what I was worried about. There was no problem and no charge from them. The work is always completed in a timely fashion, and any questions on my part are addressed. They always discuss any concerns about my vehicle, and even make a video of their inspections. Wow!
