Thomas in Sales also helps me whenever I purchase a vehicle, this year will hopefully be my 4th lease or purchase through him. Kelly at Lincoln of Troy was enormously helpful, kind and considerate to me today. I had been driving my grandchildren to and from school when the light went on stating I had low tire pressure. I decided to take a chance and drive straight to the dealership even although it was 4:45 pm. Despite the fact that the dealership was taking no more appointments, Kelly was kind enough to help me out and put air in my tires, at no cost. I am so enormously relieved to be once again driving a safe car, especially since I have to drive my grandchildren to school early tomorrow morning Kelly made an exception for me and I am very grateful. If only everyone could be as kind, considerate and professional as she. Lincoln of Troy is a wonderful dealership. Signed, A grandmother in need.

I’ve been using this dealer’s service department for years, even though they are an hour away based upon how well they treat me as a customer. I do not know cars and the services associates have been superb in answering my questions. Their recommendations for repairs and maintenance repairs have been in line with standard recommendations and I do not feel they are trying to make an extra dollar by performing unnecessary services. The front desk has always been kind in person and over the phone. I would recommend this site if asked for my repair needs.

Have never had a more pleasurable experience with a dealership, fro the purchase to service to parts. These guys are the greatest and will continue to do business with them even though they are over 60 miles away. We have other dealerships closer and have not had the professionalism that McDonald in Clare offers.
