I have taken my car to Serra Honda for repairs from the start. I was always given exceptional service. When I moved to a new town I used the local Honda dealership for repairs. After a few scheduled repairs with the new dealership, I remained dissatisfied. So I came back to Serra Honda where I know I will be taken care of right even though it’s an hour drive away.

If he had not noticed the issues, my engine repair costs could have been much more significant if the two issues would have progressed further. Garber order the parts and scheduled the repair in a timely manner. The Service Advisor was pleasant to work with. The repair work was performed within the scheduled day, my courtesy rides to and from work were timely, and my final bill ended up being slightly less than originally estimated. Thank you!
