I'm having trouble with my vehicle, the part that is going bad is listed online as being under a customer satisfaction program. I called the service department and talked to Tristen who was not the most pleasant person to speak with, She told us the part was not under recall, which is correct its not, however when I asked more questions about the part she transferred my call to parts. When they answered I again told them why I called and they said that we needed the service department. I told the guy that they just sent us to them and he at least tried to help, but transferred the call right back to service who then didn't answer the phone. This is not the first time we have had issues with the dealership, but it will be the last. I now have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and we will have to take it farther to get it fixed.

I watched employees watching me as I got out of my car. When I entered, all heads went down. I made eye contact with one person who looked away and picked up his phone. I asked him anyway where the parts department was located. When I got there, a sullen cashier pointed me to the next window. The woman at that window paged someone who went to get my participant. I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited. The woman sitting there finished her work, packed it up, and told me to have a good day. I asked her if she would see what was keeping the person who went to get my participant. I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited . . . and left. How rude and unprofessional these people are. I am happy about one thing, though: They reminded me that I should have heeded the negative online comments about Bill Cook Audi.

Firstly, I've been coming to this dealer for over 15 years, and never had a problem... Until NOW. This maybe due to ownership change and lower standard of work. Do NOT go to this dealership if you care about your paint! Took the car to the body shop for an insurance job. They installed the hood well, but their detailing/car wash team put scratches in my paint. The dealer told me to come back and they'll 'buff out' the scratches, only to add more holograms and marks. The manager Kenny Tran then assured me that come back and they'll fix the holograms and scratches. I wait a week and called them only to find out the car was already done. When I got the car back and checked the paint under sunlight, more deep scratches and holograms all over the car. The detailer didn't even wash the car before detailing it, adding more swirls from the dirt and bugs on the car. I was afraid this was going to happen and said let me just take the car to my detailer, and they can send me a reimbursement. Now my car has scratches all over. DO NOT take your car here if you care about the paint, they WILL scratch your paint. Shame that this dealer's quality went downhill after changed ownership. Would NOT recommend.

Worse service center ever. Be careful of the techs work on your car and service advisor Ben who is part of the scam on customers. He will defend the tech work as if they are they are not the problem, but you caused all your problems to your car. Work was not performed as stated due to same issue arising. Car still has issues after two costly repairs that I paid out of pocket and through car warranty. Read the reviews and you will see this place is overcharging and looking for extra money at the cost of the customer. Don't patronize this business. Go elsewhere!
