As a previous Cadillac owner, the cost for a complete check up. oil change, replacement of three filters and tire check was less than a simple oil change on theCadillac!!! I am a customer for life! It was an okay visit. Just got my oil changed but I specifically asked for my tires to be filled and Elisa even wrote it on the maintenance checklist for the service department...but they never filled my tires & they never even filled out the checklist like they're supposed to...checking off all the things they looked at & completed while my car was back there. Of course I didn't know my tires weren't done until I was on the freeway a few miles away. I called & talked to Elisa and she offered to have me come back...but forget that. I shouldn't have to. Had they even looked at the checklist & completed it...this wouldn't have been missed. Elisa was nice enough to offer me a credit on my account for next time due to the trouble. She is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3.

I bring my MDX here for service for the last two years and Shakira has been my service advisor for all that time. She is always very good but recently she outdid even herself which is a very high bar. She worked very diligently to help figure what was going on with my car and worked the phones to be sure if I was still covered under the precision certified pre owned warranty. All the while maintaining excellent communication and a very positive winning attitude. If I was opening a business I would offer her twice what she is making to come work for me. Best customer service experience I can remember in the last 40 years!
