Service manager claimed tires had been rotated because "it said so on the service ticket." After explaining how I knew it had not been done he went to the service tech who admitted to not doing that job. They immediately brought the car back in and rotated the tires.
I asked why the service receipt said "tires rotated" even though they were not and he said this is "automatically filled in" when he makes the request.
What kind of quality control is that? How do I know they did the oil change? They didn't even offer to remove the tire rotation cost from the bill but offered me a free oil change next time...like I want to go back there?
