Called Motorwerks about a CPO 2006 BMW 530i. Joe Schad answered my initial questions. Joe called me later the same day to say he could sell the car for $31,500 and he would pay for my gas to drive up and back (I'm in Madison, WI). In addition he mentioned at least 10 times how much money they were losing (THEY PRICED THE CAR AT $31,500 AND I PAID $31,500) and I still have not seen a dime for gas money to drive up and back.

To top it off I called the sales manager to complain and guess who calls me back...Joe Schad...guess he's got all the (wrong) answers...

Overall I've had a pretty positive experience there. They've fixed problems other mechanics have either caused, didn't fix or been unable to fix, and they've accepted responsibility when they screw up. They've even paid for me to get a loaner twice when the repairs took longer than they expected. Overall, they seem honest and actually fix the problems with my car unlike other mechanics in the area.
