I rushed into the service department as it opened early one morning. My new 2024 Escalade had exceeded the mandatory 5000 service miles. I could not get this service done prior to leaving Peoria, IL for Minnesota for the July 4th holiday. I explained the need to get the service visit done to Service Advisor Karen Kukla. Ms. Kukla agreed to get the work done without an appointment to allow my return trip. I left the vehicle at 7:15AM and received a call before noon that the work was done. I appreciate the service of this employee. The response was "I'll do whatever I can to assist". This positive response was greatly appreciated and the quality of the service exceeded expectations.

Very pleased with our service. Work was done when they said it would be. We were given transportation to shop and eat while we waited. Service guys and receptionist were very friendly and explained what was done to our Jeep. We were told to give them a call if we had problems with the work that was done.

When my car showed low tire pressure too frequently, Paul I advised I should have it checked. When it was checked it was discovered by competent service staff that the tires were so worn as to be unsafe. Darrell K sought me out with a quote for replacement tires and advised that there was the potential for a blow out while driving, so I should avoid using it as much as possible. He helped line up a loaner vehicle for me so that on the day my tires were replaced I was able to make it to my scheduled appointment in the Twin Cities. During the course of the repair I worked with both Connie M and Paul, and the cashier, who checked out the loaner to me. Darrell put together paperwork so that I could apply for a rebate on the tires. Needing service is always an inconvenience, but the Heintz staff does a good job of making it as painless as possible. I have worked with all the service staff, and have never been disappointed. Thanks!

Last week, a shop stated my engine needed to be overhauled after overheating. Mankato Honda went the extra mile to test and test to insure the diagnosis was accurate. They were able to replace a leaking part and saved me THOUSANDS!!! I can't thank you enough Mankato Honda Service Team. I use them for all my service - Fair, honest and helpful every time I'm in. But the extra effort they showed in this scenario has made me a walking billboard for the good work they do! On top of this, the sales team found a new vehicle for me and worked with to have the numbers done & vehicle ready right away. These guys work fast!
