just nowNew-Edit Delete Brought my car in to get fixed and from my phone call Ermias to my in person encounter WOW just WOW. You guys are beyond lucky to have him part of your team. not only did he help calm my nerves due to poor past experiences and customer service or lack of at other dealer ships i was nervous but he answered all my question in detail slowly and in English language not the big word stuff he laughed at my horrible jokes. and had me in and out in a decent time . I will now be a forever customer with Bloomington Kia . and again please employee of the year goes to this young man people like him are rare . he is so well mannered as well just WOOOOOOOW !

We were vacationing near Duluth and hit a deer. The service department inspected my Kia, tightened a loose turn signal and reassured me that I could continue driving my car and finish our vacation before taking it to our body shop back home. They were very professional, timely and friendly. After the upset of our collision with the deer, we were very relieved to have such a pleasant ending to our day.

Exemplary integrity. Justin, Jesse and Cornerstone in general were great. We had our 2018 F150 in for some warranty and recall work. One of the repairs had an error that caused an issue a couple weeks later. Cornerstone Ford got it diagnosed and taken care of. We were very happy with Justin and Jesse’s communication. Overall, their honesty and integrity has Cornerstone Ford as tops for us.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
