This was the first time ever buying a vehicle from Apple Used Autos. From start to finish we were impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and quality of the dealership and it's employees. Our sales person, Carol, was outstanding as was the manager, Tim. We also needed some work done on our vehicle and the service department, with the help of John and his crew, were exceptional! We will be back!!!!

BMW of Minnetonka service department delivered a first class experience for me (again) this week. When my tire was punctured driving in St. Paul (large thin rusty strip of metal), I immediately called the dealership and let them know I’d be limping in (thank you, run-flats!). When I arrived, I was greeted by Josh the service manager who already knew why I was there, processed immediately (without appointment), and handed off to Toby (one of their service advisors). After the technician rapidly assessed the car on the lift and sent me a narrated video showing the significantly damaged tire, and Toby presented several tire options (with printed descriptions and pricing), I decided on my new tire purchase and work started right away. It wasn’t long (while I worked in their spacious lobby) before the car was mounted with the new tires, aligned, and ready! The tires are great and the alignment is perfect. Toby, Josh, the technician, and their porters did an exemplary job of turning the disruption of a blown tire into a very positive experience! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this service department for years, a huge factor in my choice to keeping going back to BMW of Minnetonka for my cars.

I bought my first Subaru gently used from a non-Subaru dealership. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed so I brought it to the Subaru dealership closest to my house. SkyLynn happened to be my service advisor for that first appointment and just crushed it from the start. Since my first experience I've had it back for maintenance a few additional times. Each time I simply text SkyLynn and she has responded very quickly, even a few times where she was not working, just to tell me she was away but would follow up when back in the office. Absolutely every experience I've had with SkyLynn has been exceptional. I am in the technical service industry as well and have always felt I am an ambassador for my company and the experience a customer has with me, significantly impacts their view of our company. This is true with my experience with SkyLynn; her professionalism and empathy for her customers reflects very highly on Bloomington Subaru as a whole! You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee in SkyLynn!
