Your guys fixed what I figure will surely be a recall on the window controls. They found a way to get my window rolled back up while a new part was shipped to the dealership. Once it arrived, they replaced the switch very quickly.

I was seen by Ms Milissa Gilbert, she noticed there was a recall for my RAV4, she asked if I wanted it taken care of, I gave approval. I was told it wouldn’t take long and it didn’t. I was in and out in good time. She was very professional!

Our vehicle had the fuel injectors replaced on a previous repair and then the coils along with the spark plugs needed to be replaced just right after the previous repair. Very suspicious but the repairs did repair the issues at hand with the vehicle. Thank you.
