The Dealership as a whole has no equal in this area. Great facility throughout. I switched from Mercedes because of the service. I have not been disappointed.. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and and take care of everything.. If I have a problem, it would be with the sales management. I don’t believe their business model is competitive with the other BMW dealers in NO and Mobile and I recently turned down an offer to trade my BMW and buy a new model. So if I have too I will buy somewhere else and bring here for service. Hope that doesn’t happen but for now I can’t get on the same page with them.In closing BMW is a great product. More

It was an ok experience. I wasn’t blown away. I was quoted one price for tires and paid $300 more. The overall visit was over 2 plus hours waiting for truck wash. The rims we I wasn’t blown away.
