Had oil changed, tires rotated and brake fluid changed!! Went well!!! They walk touvthough everything they do and if the suspect something that needs done they discuss it with you first!!! A

I am unsure, but I feel like this dealership is overbooking their service department. I was here at 9 AM as my appointment was for 9 AM. Still waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Hmmmm? A simple oil change and tire rotation that "is an hour job". Comfortable chairs while waiting until a salesman opened a double door for fresh air and we customers waiting, woke up as the 45 degree air blustered against us all. Mark Ford is extremely courteous and professional!!

I have had my tundra in their service department three times for replacement of an airbag recall. It is January 31,2024 and it was October of 2023 when I started dealing with them. I can only conclude that they have not been truthful with me at this point. One of the visits had my truck sit idle with them over a week. They say we have the part , bring it in and then they say we have to order the part. I can not seem to get them to fulfill their self expressed claims. Worst service department that I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of driving Toyotas.
