Went in for a 30,000 mile service. Had the car for one whole day. When i took the car home, i found out that the oil was never changed, but yet charged labour for it.
Went to Castrol Oil Change place and asked the tech's to drain the oil and it was pitch black. Asked them to change the oil and called the dealer and asked them about it.
They claim that the lifts were full and they had sent my car outside to get the oil change but the mechanic forgot.
FORGOT? They are going to mess up a 30k car because they forgot. wonder how many other people are getting ripped off like this.
Never go there. They charge you a lot for flimsy work and dont do the REQUIRED maintenance work, like checking and applying lubes on the propeller shaft etc...
Avoid that place, if you want your vehicle to last longer. Sometimes have to wonder, if they do this on purpose so your vehicle will break down sooner and you will have to buy another new one soon.
