Molle Audi firstly said there was no loaner car, but immediately made some excuse the moment they realized that I was going to spend $4000 on repairs. Total U turn on customer treatment based on money spent. When I went to pick my car up, they said I have to pay up 1.9% credit card fee!! they did not even bother to tell me this before I picked up the car. They did not even bother to walk me to the car and tell me about the service they delivered. Totally they are just behind money and that's it, they do not have passion to make the customer happy and they did not even bother to apologize for causing the inconvenience as my debit card had a limit at xxx. They did not even clean the car, totally disappointed. Be careful with these money mongers.

Picked my car up last Friday from their collision center and at first glance all looked repaired. The next morning, looking out my window, the way the morning sun was shining on it, I noticed the imperfections and reported it immediately. Will update review if I'm able to get it resolved as well as receive a loaner vehicle. The insurance company from the other party informed me they'd not be able to assist with another rental and that at this point, it's on Molle Chevrolet to provide being it's their mistake which makes sense. After requesting a loaner, Molle informed me that's not something they'll be able to provide. Will be meeting with them today for resolve and will update review either way. Hoping guaranteed satisfaction and they figure out a way to provide a loaner or rental at their expense as this is not my mistake but theirs. Also, went to another independent source and was just quoted on $4037.20 to fix Molle's mistake.

This experience was BEYOND 5 stars! These people know how to take care of a customer. Danyel and Jon, and really everyone are on top of their game! Throw out any preconceived notions you may have about the car buying experience when you go to this place—-can’t believe I’m saying this, but it was actually ENJOYABLE! I’m definitely a customer for as long as they’ll still let me in the door!😉👊🏼

Took 3 months to get something fixed... - drvcm

In March of 2014 my cruise quit working, so I took it up to Morlan. I was told the part would be in soon. I received a call, and when I went up there the part was sent back. So It was reordered, but I never received a call. I go up 2 weeks later, and they have no record of it! They say there isn't even a part order on file. So a week later I have to go up there so they can do a diagnostic again. This isn't the only issue. The Finance Manager is a fast-talking sure to get you sold kind of guy. He assured us that with his plan we would be paying $25 less a month and end 6 months earlier. Neither of these things happened nor can happen. The failure to disclose billing and certain things wrong with the car makes Morlan a very shady business to deal with.

I have taken my truck to West Plains Morlan Shell Ford for the last year on three different occasions for a supposed failed vacuum pump that thank goodness was covered by my extended warranty in the beginning. Fast forward to now on my FOURTH visit for the same failed vacuum pump and a different tech happens to walk by and says that doesn’t look like a vacuum pump, it looks like a valve cover. So this whole time it’s been a valve cover and not the pump. (By their own admission.) But now my extended warranty is out and Morlan Shell Ford says , nope, it’s not our problem we aren’t going to cover this even though they admit they drop the ball.
