It’s super easy to use and I received a confirmation of my appointment shortly after they opened the next morning. This doesn’t always happen with other dealers. I always receive top-notch service from the team, and I’ll happily drive the 20-25 minutes to take a vehicle there over much closer options.

Lou Fusz Mazda service center employees are the BEST! I always feel like I am getting the best attention, and I feel that the staff who are actually fixing my car do an excellent job, too. I only have to take my CX5 in for maintenance a few times a year, but I go to Lou Fusz instead of the other guys because I know I'll get better service! They went out of the way to provide a loaner car for an extended repair, and then sent videos of work accomplished. Great idea!
