The last dealership in the area I’d go to. Limited scope of knowledge in mechanics as well their 3 service writer. Presently, took inoperative vehicle to ford groves for service appointment and ticket opened. was told two weeks into waiting by will be another 2 weeks before they can finish diagnose (maybe). Service manager beyond rude and basically told me that he doesn’t have to fix my vehicle, ford groves doesn’t have to fix my vehicle and suggested that I go to another dealership because they have a backlog of service work of 60 days on major and technical repairs. Called another dealership 30 miles away made an appointment . This is just One example of issues I’ve had with ford groves. Every time i go in for work there is problems. Other people in my family also have experienced issuues with ford groves as well. poor service, service writers trying to wring every nickel out of your pocket for unnecessary repairs and not fixing issues are common at ford groves.
