When you call, he just transfers you back to the receptionist (no time for you), who transfers you back to service. Service doesn’t have any “loaners” for a week or more. They will sneak you in (in a few days) if you take a few hours off work, but then they will take 1 hour and twenty minutes while you are waiting. Volvo has a great service plan; unfortunately you have to take the car to them for service. I can change my own oil and rotate the tires in 45 minutes flat, lees the second time. I am not a mechanic with mechanic’s tools. If you buy from them just drop your car off and provide your own ride. Maybe the quick oil change shops have spoiled me?
