I bought a new plug-in hybrid Volvo from the Dean Team about a month ago, and I could not have had a better experience. Pat Pyle helped me out, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. I was trying to get about a month ago, and I could not have had a better experience. Pat Pyle helped me out, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. I was trying to get a new car before I moved to a new city to start a new job, so I was a bit crunched for time. Pat answered all of my questions promptly and accurately, and he was available via text during the day and evening to respond to my inquiries. In order to make sure I could pick the car up before I left town, he made sure it would be inspected quickly and that everything was in order for my purchase. What's more, he personally walked me through all the features of the car and helped me hook my phone up to the car's Bluetooth and other applications. He was friendly, helpful, and the consummate professional. Most of all, he was genuinely kind -- I could tell he really cares about his customers, and he really has a passion for the cars he sells! Pat continued to follow up with me even after I left the dealership to make sure that the car was running smoothly and that I was 100% satisfied.
