We had a real hard time believing this so we returned to Oregon and had another body shop check our truck out and we found out that our truck had excessive frame damage on both sides in the rear and in the front, the box was tweaked and needed to be replaced. There was no way a proffessional should have over looked all of this. We asked Don-K himself what he would do to make us whole again since the work they did was so bad and now our insurance will not total our truck. Don-K told us he would buy our truck pre accident fair market value. well our truck was worth 29,000-31,000 pre accident fair market value and Don-K offered us 20,000 for our truck. HUH that really sounds fair now doesn't it. I would never do business with this place and do not trust them.
