My husband and I visited Desert 215 Superstore on Saturday, May 31st to look at a Ram truck he had his eye on. We went back on Tuesday, June 3rd, and that’s when we met Jasmine. From the moment she saw us, she greeted us with a warm smile and took us straight to the truck my husband was interested in. Even though Jasmine was new to the team, she did an absolutely wonderful job! She was professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks to her help, we ended up purchasing the truck that same day! Since the purchase, we’ve had a few minor issues with the vehicle, but every time I’ve reached out to Jasmine, she’s responded quickly and gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her follow-up and service have truly been top-notch. So far, so good! Thank you, Jasmine, for your excellent customer service — we really appreciate you!

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
