Yasir Abrahams’ professionalism and personal concern for me as a customer are outstanding. His work ethic as a Subaru employee is commendable. I have an eight year old Forester, which recently developed a few mechanical problems and I was concerned over the cost of repair.. All of my service has been done with the dealership. I must say the Service Drive Manager’s personal concern for me as a loyal customer was exceptional. He assisted me personally; and, when I had questions, he took the time to stop and speak with the techs. He also researched and discovered items covered on warranty from Subaru. Since I had just reached 80,000 miles, discounts were applied and I was, needless to say, delighted. Thank you, Yasir.

I just want to say after going through a complete nightmare with damage on my car, we finally met Randy and Andy in the body shop at Jim Marsh Kia. These guys were amazing. I really felt like they cared and wanted to help us. With their help we got our insurance company to do an estimate and got our car completely repainted. Both Andy and Randy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would recommend these two men to anyone. They kept us informed every step of the way, as well as having the repairs done in a timely fashion. 5 stars for the body shop at Jim Marsh Kia. Jerry and Gail Norman

**updated 8/22/2024 As of today the issues with our truck have been resolved. Mr. Russell the owner of Corwin got involved. I was very impressed with his handling our problem. I’m in my 70s and have never met a car dealership that went out of THEIR way to keep a customer. Also Mr shell the service manager was very helpful. Both Mr shell and Mr Russell always answered e mails and phone calls in a timely matter. We purchased our 2017 Ford F350 truck in Feb 2024. We really like the truck and we got a good deal on it. However, it was Blue Star Certified and we were told it had a complete inspection prior to purchasing. When we took it in for its 3 month oil change they had difficulty removing the oil plug. We took it to our local Ford dealership who discovered $8000 worth of transmission, oil issues, front end wobble and other issues. Now this was within the 90 days but we were over the mileage by 1000 miles. They refused to acknowledge anything or assist us in fixing the issue. They would not return phone calls. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and customer service. So much for Blue Star service. No way to treat anyone let alone senior citizens. Will never shop there again

I brought my 2008 G35 in for service. WhenI was told that it would cost about $3000 to fix what had to be done, I decided that instead of putting more money into my car that I would lease a new car. I leased a new Q50. I was helped by Ralph Planzo, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I love how this car drives and looks.

I was visiting from Phoenix. I had just had service including cooling system flush at my Phoenix Jeep dealership. My Jeep near overheated several times on the drive over, forcing me do drive under 60mph and turn off my AC on hills on the way to Las Vegas. I took my Jeep to the Prestige Jeep dealership near my hotel to get it checked out and they wouldn't give me the time of day they and said they were too busy to help me out. I then took my Jeep to the nearby Jim Marsh dealership who, despite being just as busy, looked at my Jeep the same day and deemed that it was safe to drive back to Phoenix a few days later to have my local dealership look at it. I was helped by service advisor Michael Rains who was very understanding and didn't hesitate to help me out. It was very heartwarming to know that there are people out there who go out of there way to help others in need. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle at Jim Marsh knowing I have the support of an amazing service department.

The "loaner" vehicle was ready for us and the work on our car was completed promptly. No surprises on the bill and our car was returned to us clean inside and out. I own a 2015 Cayenne diesel. This is my second visit to Gaudin of Las Vegas service department. Erica King is my service advisor and she has always been upfront and very honest with what the shop is going to do. This last visit my car was in limp mode. I had to tow it to the dealership to get it fixed. They were able to diagnose the problem Get it handled and call me that they were test driving it for two days before they were going to let it go to me. They wanted to make sure that it was done before I drove the 200 miles to get it. That is Service above and beyond in my opinion Thank you Erika and Gaudin Las Vegas service team. While I was there, I met Tim Kham, The general manager and he was a wonderful help as well. Five stars for these guys and this is where I will always come back even though it’s quite a distance.
