I bought my 21 jeep wrangler 4xe from Bonneville and the purchasing process was OK. The jeep had many issues (but what did I expect it's a hybrid) However, the service department is OUTSTANDING and I would buy another vehicle from them just because of the service department. The Service Manager, Bill Perkins, helped me more times than I can remember, with his time, recommendations and sharing his vehicle knowledge. In my 50+ years of owning vehicles and interacting with auto dealers, he is the nicest and easiest to deal with in all those years. Bonneville is lucky to have him.

Acura service has been very good. I am satisfied and would recommend others too. Very customer friendly and cooperative. I am glad to have taken Acura dealership.

I bought my Disco in another state and have been bringing it to Bedford for service. They are wonderful. I get reminder calls and emails and when I arrive, they treat me very well. Extremely attentive and very courteous. Some dealers don't treat you the same if you didn't buy from them but not Bedford! All Rover owners are treated equally. :)

I have a santa fe and was having problems with the oil level. Darlene helped us get in for a few different test and repairs to find the issue. Darlene is always pleasant to work with and she goes above and beyond to help her customers. She truly cares and she is always there, early, late, working to help her customers. Nashua Hyundai should know they have an outstanding worker who keeps the customer informed and updated on the progress oh their car care. This is more of an employee review. I want to give a huge shout out to Travis Boucher at Nucar in the service department. He worked some serious magic to get me what I deserved with my warranty. He was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I hope I never am in the position I was in again, but if I am, I will ask for Travis again. I can't thank him enough.

World class service on our Cayenne Turbo and Macan Turbo! - gcabbott

We had been having our cars serviced at Prime Porsche of Westwood for years. A problem arose with the Cayenne Turbo, and after three attempts, we were still having the same problem. One trip to Porsche of Stratham was all it took for them to correctly diagnose and fix the problem for once and for all. Not to mention, Porsche of Stratham went out of their way to accommodate us, and made the process of dropping off and picking up our cars totally painless. These people are the best!!

I have always received excellent service at Portsmout Kia's service department. I live in Cannda and make the drive to Portsmouth because of how great I'm treated. I would normally not post on here, but felt compelled to do so after last week. I had an emergency arise and needed to leave the state and make about a 1,500 mile trip. I was in need of an oil change and called Kia and told them my situation and was told to get there as soon as I could. To make a long story short, I got there about 30 minutes before closing. Buddy and Steve were the only ones there and got it done right away and without any "attitude" I would expect from some places coming in that close to closing time. They treated me right and showed compassion for my situation. Buddy and Steve were life savers that night and earned my respect. Thanks Dave. Thanks Will.

Jay at Tulley explained exactly what the issue was and what would be done to resolve it. His communication was prompt, courteous and very professional. Had made a bad situation great. Being met on arrival by the Service Advisor who asks questions and treats you like royalty is pretty special in these times. I have been pleasantly surprised by both the Advisors I have had. Today Joshua Brien was my advisor. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even did an internet search to find me the closest Subaru dealer when I move to Arizona. He has also offered to send me my maintenance history for the new dealership. Cudos on customer service. Well done.
