Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

Love these folks - they are truly the best. When I bought my first Volvo I anticipated outrageous repair expenses and maintenance expenses. Manchester Volvo has been great - exceptionally reasonable and unlike any dealership I have ever dealt with. Kudos to the Service department!

They had my Volvo XC 90 R Design in their shop for over 4 weeks and could not diagnose the source of water intrusion, front end clunking noise and failed to reassemble the front passenger seat correctly after installing heating element. Additionally the right rear door storage been was broken. I left 2 messages on their voice mail over several days with no call back.

Green stuff coming-out of our car! - greenstuff

Kevin and I took our car to the car wash then went across the street to the GMC dealership. Upon parking our car we noticed green liquid coming out of the car. Well we thought the car wash had done something but then said no but in any event I called and spoke to Adam in service who told us to bring the car right in and they would take a look and see what was needed. After searching and finding no leaks it was determined that the green stuff was from the car wash polish and it just drained out on to the ground! Looked just like antifreeze! Adam is the best and has always taken great care of me! Always a great experience at Volvo!

Not only do we own a Volvo, we also own a Toyota and will continue to have both of our vehicles serviced at Volvo Cars of Exeter. The service staff is amazing! They care about their customers and with every service we get our vehicle gets a wash and vacuum. The service department defines truly exceptional service!!!
