I purchased three vehicles from this dealership and the past and never had a problem everything was on point my salesman Brandon was excellent I recently bought a new truck not even a week ago and I was told it was not allowed to leave the lot unless it was inspected and everything was good to go well we went through the deal signed everything I was never informed that I could purchase an extended warranty as it was a used vehicle took it back because I thought it needed a front and alignment service department checked it out and said it didn't need an alignment however there was a banging coming from underneath due to the fact that I had no warranty it would have been an out-of-pocket expense I've never had an experience like this before and will never deal with this dealership again they truly showed their true colors today the finance manager Travis not good very good when it comes to selling a car but very bad when it comes to owning up to it

I have bought 2 cars from this dealer, they stand behind their cars, fix whats right the first time and will spend the time and effort in helping you chose a car. I have had several interactions with them and even thought they do not have the bells & whistles that some upscale dealers have, the have the service that makes it the best choice in the area.

They really take time to help us with our car issue. We called Bell Mitsubishi first, since it was closer to us and the guy did not even help us at all. We then called Sansone and they really took time to look up the vehicles Vin number. This is how a dealership should be like.Thumb up to the team especially to Sean.
