John DePalma was extremely helpful explaining the new digital features and spent as much time as I needed to get the car set up for me. I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and because of Jason I would definitely go back there for service

The MVP Award goes to Javier Hernandez, who knows the Q5 technology like the back of his hand and is courteous, friendly and patient when explaining it all to a new Audi owner like me. A positive buying experience is good, but a customer's experience can turn sour quickly if overwhelmed or frustrated by the unfamiliar technology features or incomplete explanations at the date of sale. I just want to say what a pleasure it was having my 2016 Porsche Cayenne repaired at this dealership. My service adviser was John Casella and he was fantastic. My Car had a DME Failure which the car wouldn't start. John got me in ASAP and even found me a loaner car. The loaner was a 2022 Macan and it was a pleasure to have. The part was on back order and I was able to keep the loaner for 1 1/2 months until my car was repaired. John kept me up to date and always on top of the situation. Was a very great experience even though I was upset the DME failed after only 6 years. Thank you John Casella!
