As always Sherard Thornhill provided exceptional service! What a truly remarkable service representative you have in him and I honestly don't know if he is a manager, but if he is not he should be! He not only remembers who I am, but he makes sure any issues I am having with my MINI are addressed and goes out of his way to make sure that my car is well cared for and he makes both my husband and I feel like a part of the MINI family. This was my first time at the dealership since it merged with the BMW across the way and I was concerned it would lose that homey feel that the other dealership had. While it is bigger, Sherard made it feel as inviting as always, he showed me around where I could sit and get some work done in the BMW Lounge, and he also told me about the upstairs MINI lounge, which I'm glad he did because I saw Steph Dobosh there and my husband has been speaking with Steph about getting a new MINI. Steph is also fantastic and we can't imagine buying or leasing cars from anyone else there -- although everyone is great! - to my husband and I Sherard and Steph feel like family members. There's a reason why MINI owners wave at each other - because special people work for MINI and these two employees definitely enforce that for the brand. They could definitely be customer service trainers! And of course, as for the service, I got my headlight fixed, my oil changed (because I have the oil package deal) and was in and out faster than I had expected. This was my first time waiting for my car, but I would do it again. I really love how they send me a text message with the work that was done on my car. A great feature!
