Yesterday my car had an appointment for a Coolant Flush, in accordance with my mileage maintenance schedule. I waited for my car, as I typically do. Tammy was my service rep and she was great. I really appreciate that they never try to “sell” me something my car doesn’t need, or doesn’t need yet. They performed a multi-point inspection, which revealed a couple of items that need to be addressed, Tammy assured me that they were not urgent and could wait until my next service appointment. Everyone is professional, but really nice. Waiting area is always clean and inviting. When it was time to “check out” the ladies were lovely. It’s always a pleasure to take my car for service at Hyundai of Turnersville.

Dwight in Service was very nice and very professional. He took me in last minute without an appointment and made sure I was out within an hour or so for an oil annd filter change. All good until I got my bill, OVER $600 dollars!!!!!!! I previously brought my 911 for year end oil change and I was reluctant to do so because they charged about $400. I justified this price in my head as what it cost to maintain a Porsche. However with this latest outrageous bill I will service my car elsewhere. Paul Miller has lost another customer!!!

You was able to limit the stress I was feeling at the time because my Granddaughter hit the Lincoln by accident and she was crying and very upset about what happened. Had a terrible service experience at this dealership and from my conversations with other customers it seems par for the course. I intended to drop the car off on Thursday and it took nearly an hour for someone just to take my keys and intake the vehicle. I was promised that the car would be ready by Friday evening but received no communication to that effect. The manager, John, that was supposed to be handling my vehicle was unresponsive through Friday, Saturday and Monday ignoring both texts and voice calls. It wasn't until after multiple calls to the dealership that I was told that the car was finished by a different team member. If you have any service needed for your Hyundai or Genesis I would highly recommend going elsewhere where the staff is better trained, more communicative, or ideally both

I received exceptional service from Zahid and Mohammed yesterday as I had a computer update that needed to be done to my Lexus RX 350. I did not have an appointment because I read previously that you can just walk in and have service provided. I happened to run into my sales person Zahid and he asked me why was I there and I explained to him the situation and he immediately assisted me and introduced me to Muhammad and said that he would take care of me, so I was able to get my vehicle serviced and not have to return back to the dealership for the update. Everything was completed within an hour. My car was washed and to my surprise my gas was also topped off, which was exceptional and over the top and I really appreciated that! The small things really meant so much to me and I am so happy that I made my purchase in March 2024 with Zahid at the Edison location. I went in to for an oil change and tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. The service technician found that I needed new front brakes and rotors, and needed a flush of sludge out of the lines and needed new spark plugs. They were able to accomplish everything in one day and everything is good. Very nice staff and always have a good experience here.

Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

I knew my truck, though old, was worth fixing. The engine was stalling at the most inopportune times. I tried a neighborhood repair shop. They couldn't figure it out, so I took it to Fullerton Dodge. After multiple trips there for repairs, the problem lingered. I didn't give up, nor did the repair professionals at Fullerton. They went the extra mile to solve this evasive problem, which required keen diagnostic skills and a significant, targeted engine repair to correct the root cause. They involved me throughout the repair process, explaining everything to my satisfaction. Ultimately, they returned my truck to me in top performance. The money I spent was worth every penny.

Poor repair workmanship and horrible customer service. I wrote a letter to the Service Manager, Mr. Lattimore regarding the why I was treated by the Assist. manager, David Parla. In addition, my vehicle had to be returned for the same problem 4 times, then a new diagnostic was done, then another problem was found. I was confronted with hostility and disrespect by the Assist Manager, David Perla, who talked to me like my business didn't matter. The vehicle from the day I picked it up in October 2024, until April 2025 had to be returned 4 times for the same problem. I was questioned if the work was still in warranty? Unbelievable! I agreed to an additional repair with a partial credit applied. I was a customer for 15+ years and two cars serviced over this period and I will never return again to this dealership!

Avoid this place and buying a Hyundai at all costs due to the class action lawsuit for their engine failing. One of the most unethical service departments out there. My car has been consuming ALL THE ENGINE OIL ONLY after 700 miles so I brought it in for oil consumption tests. First they overcharged me twice for services but thankfully I had my calls recorded and they contained to ignore my calls and texts. Then Terry refuses services for the car repairs and process to say "Keeping like this or you can take the car elsewhere for service". This was reported to the dealership manager. But then I brought it my car for the second oil consumption test and they refused to top off the oil and the service manager Erine goes on to say "I don't want to speak with him, he is just playing games" the proceeds to assault me by putting his hands on me and pushes me out the door while refusing service. Then they refuse to issue the check for the refund and stating to never come back to this dealership given I have reports them to Corporate for their 4 instances of unethical practices and negligence.

I could drop off my car without an appointment. The results of the diagnostic blew me away, because I wasn't expecting an engine replacement. Two of my car's parts were damaged during the service in Sansone and my extended warranty refused to pay for. I had to pay for the damaged parts. I also had to pay for two more days for rental car and spent 5 hours inside the service office to process the warranty payment. Very stressfull but so far so good.
