Bought a new Tiguan that was missing a key fob. The key fob was ordered. It had to be programmed. I got to the dealership and my car was taken in within five minutes. It took about 20 minutes and I was out the door. It was absolutely painless. It was a pleasure dealing with the service department and the service manager, Dave in particular.

The service, the people and the waiting area at Ray Catena Porsche are tops. My service agent, Mike Indyk, is knowledgeable and trustworthy. It's more like dealing with a friend. I very much like their new service facility. I have never seen anything like it. Lots of well separated comfortable seating areas, great coffee and surrounded by loads of absolutely beautiful Porsches. I particularly loved their 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder Reproduction. Almost no need to go to Stuttgart. And, the service was performed much more quickly than I expected.

Right mirror turn signal was nonfunctional and the suggested repair was to replace the whole mirror assembly seemingly without a complete diagnosis of what caused the signal failure. Actual mirror is compose of numerous components the light being just one of many. 50.00 light as opposed to a 500.00 right mirror assembly with light. Make it make sense!
